Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Ashland, OH facility on 1st shift. You will support production by moving materials, building sub-assemblies, and assisting on the paint line across departments.

You\'ll use hand tools, scanners, and PIT equipment, drive LEAN practices, and help ensure safe, efficient operations while gaining exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing. Training will be provided across multiple production areas, with opportunities to learn diverse skills and

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in multiple production areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Stand-up reach (PIT) experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the flow of raw materials into products across the manufacturing process.
• Assist with material picking, building sub-assemblies, and paint line tasks.
• Operate hand tools, scanning tools, and Power Industrial Trucks as needed.
• Promote LEAN practices and safety within the group.
