Pentair is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Ashland, OH facility. You will perform a range of duties across multiple production areas, with training in various manufacturing support skills.

You will handle material flow, use hand tools and PIT equipment, and contribute to LEAN and safety initiatives while working on 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm). Benefits available upon eligibility.

• Must be willing to work in a variety of areas/departments.
• Must be flexible to support any area of production/distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Stand-up reach experience (PIT experience highly desired).
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Ashland, OH team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills.

Compensation:

• The hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Overtime required as needed.
