Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Ashland, OH facility on 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm). The role involves supporting the flow of raw materials, building sub-assemblies, and assisting across production areas.

Training will cover multiple sections, with opportunities to learn a range of manufacturing support skills. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work in various areas, and prior manufacturing or distribution experience.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a variety of areas/departments.
• Must be flexible to support any area of production/distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Stand-up reach experience (PIT experience highly desired).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Ashland, OH, team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Overtime required as needed.
