Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for 1st Shift in Ashland, OH. You will support the flow of raw materials through the full manufacturing process, potentially working across areas and learning various production tasks.

Training is provided for multiple production areas; expect duties that may include material picking, sub-assembly building, and assisting on the paint line while using hand tools and PIT equipment. Emphasis on LEAN and safety throughout the shift.

• Prior manufacturing/distribution experience
• Stand-up reach experience (PIT experience highly desired)
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and twist

We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Ashland, OH, team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills. You will: Support the flow of raw material into product throughout the whole of the manufacturing process. Duties could include material picking, building sub-assemblies, helping on the paint line, among many other entry level duties. You will not have a set duty and could work in any area. Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm Overtime required as needed.
