Job summary

Venteon is seeking a 1st shift Manufacturing Engineer for an automotive supplier partner in Napoleon, Ohio. The role focuses on ensuring manufacturability, implementing process improvements, and working with design teams to optimize extrusion, tooling, and automation.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 5–10 years in an automotive plant, experience with CAD, PLCs, and robotics, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of aluminum extrusion and fabrication tooling.
• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Manufacturing Engineering and Product Design Teams to facilitate Design for Manufacturability.
• Perform routine process analyses to assess overall process performance and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Independently monitor plant KPIs and champion performance improvements with direct report groups.
