Job summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PLCs, particularly Allen Bradley and Siemens, along with strong technical writing and communication skills. Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in engineering within an automotive manufacturing plant.
• Knowledgeable in aluminum extrusion and fabrication tooling processes.
• Ability to provide performance standards and coaching.

• Monitor plant KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Perform routine process analyses to enhance performance.
