Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, inspection, quality control, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer or tablet experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds with team assistance when needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment.
• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare products for packaging and shipment.
• Label and organize materials and finished goods.
• Perform product testing and visual inspections.
• Record production information on a computer or tablet.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team members in achieving daily production goals.
