Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a local manufacturer in Pittsfield, NH to hire full-time Production Associates for 1st Shift. No experience necessary; training provided. Hours 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Duties include operating sewing machines, cutting materials, inspecting quality, following SOPs, and supporting team across multiple operations. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial single and double needle machines.
• Sew components for protective gear.
• Perform quality inspections and support your team by learning multiple operations.
• Use measurements and follow production specs.
• Operate production machinery following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Cut materials using advanced equipment.
• Inspect product quality and ensure consistency.
• Use measuring tools and work with precision.
