Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our United States facility in Enid. You will maintain equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The role includes working across plant areas, ensuring safety, and reducing downtime. The position requires 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or related education, basic CMMS skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or related education.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and CMMS.
• Ability to learn and use CMMS and document work.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Interact with plant personnel to meet plant and individual goals.
• Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
