Job summary

Lief Labs is seeking a Maintenance Technician I, 1st shift (5am-1:30pm), to help keep our production equipment and facility operations running smoothly in a GMP manufacturing environment in Valencia, CA.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, document work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to improve reliability and efficiency. Some overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and break-fix repairs.
• PLC troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to work 1st shift (5am-1:30pm) with overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose and repair production equipment during operation and breakdowns.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering on root cause analysis.
• Complete and document work orders in CMMS and assist with fabrication of machine parts.
• Maintain shop organization (5S) and promote safety.
