Job summary

Lief Labs is seeking a Technical Operator to support production equipment and packaging lines on the 1st shift (5:00am–1:00pm) with weekends as needed. You will monitor machine operations, stop or reset when needed, perform adjustments, and prepare raw materials for processing while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

This role requires 1–2 years in mechanical maintenance, solid diagnostic skills, good communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in mechanical maintenance
• Good diagnostic skills
• Solid work ethics
• Mechanically inclined
• Understand and familiar with cGMP
• 1 year experience in Production Operations
• Knowledge of production machines and processes
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team

Responsibilities

• Perform quality work within deadlines with direct supervision
• Interact professionally with other employees
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
• Work independently while communicating and coordinating with others
• Work on assigned production equipment and perform setup
• PM equipment in the assigned area and ensure proper operation
• Support installation of new equipment and collaborate with Engineering
• Report and escalate production issues to supervision
