Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Kentucky seeks a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (7am-3pm) to keep production and utility equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, support new equipment installs, and assist operators with troubleshooting to minimize downtime, while documenting all repairs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, two years of mechanical/electrical education or equivalent experience, SAP experience preferred, and English

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years of formal mechanical/electrical education or equivalent maintenance experience.
SAP experience preferred.
2B Boiler License preferred.
Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production and utility equipment.
Support installation of new equipment.
Assist operators with training and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Ensure all repairs are documented.
Adhere to safety policies, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety laws.
