Job summary

Cartamundi in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to support our Converting Department. You’ll perform machine changeovers, set ups, preventive maintenance, and keep detailed equipment records to minimize downtime.

You should have 1–3 years in manufacturing or machine repair, read calipers and SAE/metric, basic Word/Excel, and be able to learn SAP. This on-site role offers competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or machine repair.
• Able to read calipers and SAE/metric measurements.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word/Excel and SAP basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine changeovers and set-ups for cartoning/printing operations.
• Conduct preventive and proactive maintenance on department machinery.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and parts backstock as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager for parts and tools to keep machines running.
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of LOTO procedures.
