Job summary

Cartamundi's Dallas facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician on the 1st shift to perform machine changeovers, set up and routine maintenance in the Converting Department.

You will work with safety officers, maintain records, and ensure machines run smoothly. Requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read calipers and drawings, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must read calipers and SAE/metric measurements.
• Able to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or machine repair.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine changeovers and resets in the Converting Department.
• Set up machines, perform preventive maintenance and keep records.
• Maintain backstock and coordinate with the maintenance manager for parts.
• Ensure safety standards and Lock Out/Tag Out compliance.
• Read wiring diagrams and diagnose issues to identify root causes.
