Job summary

Expect 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with overtime as needed. The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, budget control for parts, and safety program execution (LOTO, Arc Flash).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SQF, GMP, FSMA basics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and emergency repairs on food production equipment.
• Supervise and schedule daily work orders for technicians.
• Execute and optimize PM programs focused on OEE.
• Enforce SQF, GMP, FSMA compliance with QA.
• Manage LOTO, Arc Flash, and Safety guidelines.
• Control labor costs and spare parts inventory within budget.
