Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Generalist for the A Shift at the Dardanelle Plant in Dardanelle, Arkansas. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing processing equipment, conveyors, and lines, with duties including reading drawings and documenting system conditions.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of maintenance/mechanical experience in manufacturing and be able to perform physical tasks including lifting (>40 lbs.), climbing stairs and ladders, and standing

Qualifications

• 6 months maintenance/mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings related to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and assets.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment including electrical, welding, and fabricating.
• Read drawings and document system conditions (temperatures, pressures, inspections).
• Work safely and adhere to Tyson policies; complete work orders and service lines.
