Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for the Rancho Dominguez facility on the 2nd shift (3:00PM–3:30AM, Monday–Thursday). The role focuses on operating plastic compound production equipment and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, and basic exposure to extruder/mixing equipment. Training in pre/post production processes will be provided to develop technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are expected.
• Basic knowledge of running an extruder or mixing equipment; ability to learn processing equipment.

Responsibilities
