MyWorkChoice LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Tech in Anderson, SC. You can choose your shifts and hours in the MWC App, giving you real control over your schedule.

Work hours are 8 AM–4 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-demand shift changes and weekly pay. The on-site role at Glen Raven Custom Fabrics in Anderson involves preventive maintenance, lubrication, and repairing mechanical issues, plus supporting other mechanics while following safety practices.

Qualifications

• Some experience in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working on machines with running mechanical issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, plus basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing scheduled maintenance and lubrication and completing assigned maintenance work orders.
• Troubleshooting and repairing machines flagged with mechanical issues, including repairing parts as needed.
• Assisting other mechanics with breakdowns and following all safety practices to protect yourself and your team.

Your Shift

• Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Days: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
• Pay: $17.83/hour, paid weekly (daily pay also available)
• Location: Glen Raven Custom Fabrics – Anderson, SC

What You’ll Do

You’ll keep weaving machines running by:

• Performing scheduled maintenance and lubrication and completing assigned maintenance work orders.
• Troubleshooting and repairing machines flagged with mechanical issues, including repairing parts as needed.
• Assisting other mechanics with breakdowns and following all safety practices to protect yourself and your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in manufacturing

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Manufacturing Floor: The facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary depending on the season.
• Hearing Protection: Noise levels require hearing protection to be worn on the floor.
• Standing & Walking: Expect to be on your feet moving around your machine for most of the shift.
• Footwear: Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required.
