Job summary

MyWorkChoice LLC in Anderson, SC is hiring a full-time Machine Operator (Weaving Filling Creeler). You can choose your shift and days in the MWC App, with hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and a pay rate of $16.30/hour, paid weekly (daily pay also available).

Location: Glen Raven Custom Fabrics – Anderson, SC. You will help keep the weaving line running by loading, inserting, and splicing filling yarns, patrolling for defects, repairing end breaks, and following all safety

Qualifications

• Some experience in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills to catch quality issues before they become problems.
• Ability to read instructions, communicate with your team, and work well with others.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent stepping up and down from the weaving platform.

Responsibilities

• Loading, inserting, and splicing filling yarn packages to keep machines running.
• Patrolling machines for fabric defects and flagging any that need attention from the technical team.
• Repairing end breaks and following all safety practices to protect yourself and your team.
