Job summary

MyWorkChoice LLC is hiring for a full-time Machine Operator (Warp Prep Creeler) in Anderson, SC. You can pick your shifts and days in the MWC App, with weekly pay and the option of daily pay. Hours are 8 AM–4 PM, Monday to Friday, in a Glen Raven Custom Fabrics facility, with benefits like digital hiring and real-time schedule management.

The role focuses on keeping yarn production moving—operating the winding machine, repairing end breaks, and ensuring safety and accurate production paperwork.

Qualifications

• Some experience in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills to catch quality issues before they become problems.
• Ability to read instructions, communicate with your team, and work well with others.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing and walking for most of your shift.

Responsibilities

• Running the machine that winds yarn onto beams for weaving, watching for quality issues along the way.
• Repairing end breaks, adding and taking out ends, and using an air-splicer to connect yarn packages.
• Completing required production paperwork and following all safety practices to protect yourself and your team.

Your Shift

• Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Days: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
• Pay: $15.03/hour, paid weekly (daily pay also available)
• Location: Glen Raven Custom Fabrics – Anderson, SC

What You’ll Do

You’ll help keep yarn production moving by:

• Running the machine that winds yarn onto beams for weaving, watching for quality issues along the way.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Manufacturing Floor: The facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary depending on the season.
• Hearing Protection: Noise levels require hearing protection to be worn on the floor.
• Standing & Walking: Expect to be on your feet moving around your machine for most of the shift.
• Footwear: Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required.
