MyWorkChoice LLC in Anderson, SC is hiring a full-time Machine Operator (Warp Prep Creeler) with the freedom to choose shifts and hours in the MWC App. Hours are 12 AM–8 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay and the option for daily pay.

You will wind yarn onto beams, repair breaks, and perform safety and paperwork tasks to keep production moving. This role values reliability and teamwork in a non climate-controlled environment.

Your Shift

• Hours: 12 AM - 8 PM
• Days: Monday - Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
• Pay: $16.03/hour, paid weekly (daily pay also available)
• Location: Glen Raven Custom Fabrics - Anderson, SC

What You'll Do

You'll help keep yarn production moving by:

• Running the machine that winds yarn onto beams for weaving, watching for quality issues along the way.
• Repairing end breaks, adding and taking out ends, and using an air-splicer to connect yarn packages.
• Completing required production paperwork and following all safety practices to protect yourself and your team.

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills to catch quality issues before they become problems.
• Ability to read instructions, communicate with your team, and work well with others.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing and walking for most of your shift.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Manufacturing Floor: The facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary depending on the season.
• Hearing Protection: Noise levels require hearing protection to be worn on the floor.
• Standing & Walking: Expect to be on your feet moving around your machine for most of the shift.
• Footwear: Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required.
