Redline Plastics is seeking a Machine Operator to operate rotational molding machines and monitor part quality from demold to final checks. You will work under supervision to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
The role requires standing, lifting, and reading work instructions on computer platforms. Prior rotational molding experience is preferred, with an emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork.

The primary result expected from Machine Operator position is to operate rotational molding machines as designated under the supervision and direction of operations leadership. The Machine Operator will monitor the quality of the plastics parts after they are demolded to ensure the parts are to quality standards.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED is preferred
Experience and/or Training: Prior rotational molding experience preferred

The main working environment for this position is the standard manufacturing plant environment. The plant environment is climate controlled in some areas, however, will include exposure to heat and hot surfaces, cold, noise and odors. Personal protective equipment is required in appropriate areas. There may also be intermittent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts and tool vibration. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual would encounter while performing the essential functions of this position.
