Redline Plastics in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a Process Tech to ensure production rates and quality meet customer expectations. You will work on rotational molding, perform in-process inspections, and help train team members in process improvements.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment with safety due care.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred
Experience and/or Training: 3 - 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
Licenses/Certificates: No requirements
Technology/Equipment:Demonstrated knowledge in the use of current technology, Microsoft office products, and other manufacturing software

Working Environment
The main working environment for this position is a standard manufacturing plant environment.
The plant environment is climate controlled in some areas, however, will include exposure to heat and hot surfaces, cold, noise and odors. Personal protective equipment is required in appropriate areas. There may also be intermittent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, and tool vibration.
