Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring a Loader 1st Shift in Henderson, CO. You will unload cylinders, load delivery trucks, and fill high-pressure cylinders while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift and be forklift certified.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing up to 8 hours with bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motion.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs routinely and 76+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and comprehend Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Must have U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Unload empty cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to fill racks/storage areas.
• Load delivery trucks daily.
• Fill high-pressure cylinders following compression temperature/pressure methods.
• Operate and maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases.
• Perform pre-full and post-full inspections and tests; ensure proper maintenance of cylinders.
• Maintain accurate filling records and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
