You will perform mechanical assembly, ensure precise alignment, inspect components, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting quality and safety standards. This full-time role requires teamwork and adherence to production schedules. Hours: 5:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Sun with occasional overtime; comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Install and secure finned tubes into heat exchanger bundles following drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
• Prepare tubes and headers by cleaning, deburring, and inspecting for defects before installation.
• Align, position, and insert tubes into tube sheets with precision.
• Attach bracing and air seals to bundles as required.
• Measure fit, spacing and clearances to specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and report issues to supervision.
