Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Welder to weld and fabricate metal components for high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. The role requires MIG and TIG welding skills and blueprint reading to ensure precise assembly.

You will maintain safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, perform pressure testing, and collaborate with engineers and QC to optimize processes. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ASME welding experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mig, Tig, Flux, and Pulse welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless-steel materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Class A welders: pass 6G pipe test and related tests; Class B welders: pass 6G pipe tests.

Responsibilities

• Weld carbon steel and stainless-steel components including tube-to-plate, plate-to-plate, and pipe-to-plate.
• Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment proficiently.
• Set up welding machines and tools.
• Maintain welding certifications and perform pressure testing on units.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders; ensure welding accuracy.
• Collaborate with quality control to address defects and ensure ASME compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and proper PPE usage.
• Follow production schedules and collaborate with engineers to optimize processes.
