Job summary

Hayden Industrial is seeking a fabrication technician to construct, assemble, and build heat exchangers in a fast-paced shop environment. You will use general tools to assemble structural and drive components, read blueprints, and follow strict schedules and safety rules.

The role requires prior assembly experience, accuracy, and the ability to work under noise and dust typical of metal fabrication shops; adherence to PPE is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Safely build Heat Exchangers using general shop tools.
• Assemble structural components and drive components (Fan and electrical box install).
• Read and interpret instructions and diagrams (blueprints).

• Adhere to company policies and safety programs.
