Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Hydro Testing Technician to conduct hydrostatic pressure tests on heat exchanger bundles and related assemblies. You will read engineering drawings, set up testing equipment, and document results while maintaining compliance with safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled shop environment.

This is a full-time position with Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with hydrostatic testing procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic testing on bundle assemblies according to procedures and standards.
• Set up and operate hydro testing equipment and interpret pressure specifications.
• Inspect components for leaks and defects after testing and document results.
• Maintain accurate test records and communicate results to QC and Engineering.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in equipment calibration and maintenance.
