Green Bay facility of Sadoff Iron & Metal is seeking General Laborers for a hands-on, fast-paced role. You will sort materials, maintain endurance, and follow safety protocols to support a safe, efficient operation.

We offer strong safety culture, weekly pay, and opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company. Previous experience is not required, with hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Sort materials by identifying and removing non‑conforming items.
• Maintain physical endurance while pushing, pulling, lifting, and performing repetitive movements.
• Follow quality specifications for materials based on customer and internal standards.
• Complete production reports accurately as needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning, basic repairs, or equipment support.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines to minimize risk.

What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions)

Experience

• 1–2 years of related labor, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• We provide hands-on training and a structured 30‑day onboarding plan.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a physically demanding, industrial environment. You must be able to:

• Stand for prolonged periods.
• Perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Lift, push, pull, bend, stretch, and carry materials as needed.
• Climb ladders, step onto platforms, and access tight or awkward spaces.
• Use arms, legs, and full-body movement to perform job tasks.
• Work safely around machinery and moving equipment.
• Tolerate exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and typical industrial odors.
• Exposure to weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
• High‑noise environment with required PPE.
