Job summary
Green Bay Packaging Inc. in Lebanon, OH is seeking a General Laborer to support direct and indirect production operations in our UNION facility. After 75 days, you’ll become a union member and eligible to bid on open positions within the plant.
You will train in multiple roles, assist machine operators, report on time and quality, and participate in quality data collection. This full-time role includes medical, dental, vision, and other benefits and requires working all three shifts with
Qualifications
- Must be able to operate machinery safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to interpret shop orders correctly.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
- Able to lift 20 lbs. repetitively and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to stand for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Able to work all 3 shifts - fixed schedule per week.
- Mandatory overtime required.
