Responsibilities

• Assemble documents, products, and components into complete customer kits.
• Follow work instructions from the Kitting Coordinator or Table Lead.
• Complete kitting tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate with the Table Lead and Kitting Coordinator.
• Collaborate with team members to keep production moving.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
• Help the team meet daily quality and production goals.
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Kitting Associates to join our production team! In this role, you’ll work at a kitting station assembling documents, materials, and products into complete kits that are prepared for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble documents, products, and various components into complete customer kits

• Follow work instructions provided by the Kitting Coordinator or Table Lead

• Complete kitting tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting daily production goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Communicate regularly with the Table Lead and Kitting Coordinator

• Work with team members to keep production moving efficiently

• Assist with other production duties as needed

• Help the team meet daily quality and production goals

• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures

• Maintain a positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
