Job summary

Wallace Graphics in Duluth, GA is hiring two Handwork Assistants to assemble, package, and prepare print materials into complete kits according to client specifications. This pace requires accuracy, manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed work orders.

You will perform quality checks, track supplies, and help with bulk mailings, while upholding safety in a fast-paced warehouse setting. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble various printed materials and promotional items into kits following detailed work orders and specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure kit contents match requirements and meet quality standards.
  • Count, sort, and organize printed materials and components for kitting projects.
  • Package completed kits using appropriate materials (boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, etc.).
  • Apply labels, stickers, and shipping information accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Track inventory of kitting supplies and materials.
  • Report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Assist with bulk mailings and special packaging projects as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s).

2:00 PM to 11:30; M - F

Core Responsibilities
  • Assemble various printed materials and promotional items into kits following detailed work orders and specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure kit contents match requirements and meet quality standards.
  • Count, sort, and organize printed materials and components for kitting projects.
