Job summary

TMC Staffing is seeking a dedicated Kitting Associate for our Houston operations. You will assemble, package, and prepare kits according to work orders to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment in a warehouse setting.

First shift is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic math skills, and prior warehouse or kitting experience is a plus; safety and teamwork are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, assembly, or kitting experience is a plus.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move materials (up to 30–50 lbs) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits by gathering and packaging required components based on work orders or instructions.
• Verify accuracy of items, quantities, and product quality before packaging.
• Label, seal, and prepare kits for storage or shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and report shortages or discrepancies.
