Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Familiar with hydraulic systems, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities on manufacturing equipment.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and hydraulic system issues.
• Repair or replace defective components including pumps, valves, motors, bearings, and hoses.
• Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential problems and reduce downtime.
• Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Work with production teams to respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
