Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, electronics, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, processing charts, and specifications.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify visual defects and discrepancies in small parts and electronic components.
• Basic ability to use measuring and inspection tools.
• Basic computer skills to enter and maintain production data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety requirements, and production standards.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime, including extended hours, weekends, or additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspects electronic assemblies, subassemblies, parts, and components for defects.
• Conducts various electronic tests on capacitors to ensure unit functionality per specifications.
• Reads test forms and uses customer specifications to guide testing procedures and equipment.
• Tests performance under environmental conditions (temperature, voltage, humidity) and records results.
• Analyzes test results and maintains production/inspection data records.
• Monitors equipment and reports malfunctions promptly.
• Maintains a safe, clean 5S-compliant work environment.
• Collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and drive improvements.
