Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work orders, charts, drawings, and specs.
• Repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify visual defects in small parts and electronics.
• Basic use of measuring and inspection tools.
• Basic computer skills for production data entry.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow orders, charts, and specifications to determine materials and sequence.
• Prepare and clean materials and components prior to assembly.
• Assemble parts per procedures and specifications.
• Count, sort, and organize parts for production.
• Visually inspect parts and assemblies for defects.
• Record defects and maintain production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Support teammates and assist with production as needed.
