Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Basic math, counting, and measuring skills, with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to use or learn assigned equipment, hand tools, inspection devices, and production data systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, including prompt reporting of safety, quality, or equipment concerns.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, hand tools, and fixtures per work instructions.
• Assemble, process, or package capacitors and related components to specs.
• Verify materials, part numbers, and lot identification before production.
• Inspect products using approved checks and report nonconforming material.
• Record production quantities, scrap, inspections, and downtime.
• Monitor equipment, report unsafe conditions or deviations, and adjust only as allowed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate status during handoffs.
• Complete required training and support continuous improvement.
