There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees for forming hot operations second shift. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
• This is a 1st shift Forming role. Monday - Thursday (430am - 230pm)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership or Production Supervision)
• Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing Leadership or Production Supervision

The salary range for this position is $ 101,000.00 - 135,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on Aug 25, 2026.
