Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for 1st Shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) at our Burleson, TX facility. You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in Liquid Production, loading, unloading, and moving materials to support production lines.

The role requires reading batch pick sheets, pulling ingredients and packaging, and documenting work as directed. Safety, food safety, and quality standards are mandatory, with AS400 experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must complete training/certifications as required.
• Able to read batch pick sheets and pull ingredients/packaging.
• Able to read/write simple correspondence and document work as directed.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up lift trucks in Liquid Production.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, quality and legal compliance.
• Read batch pick sheets, pull lines, and put away materials and finished goods.
• Ship and receive all materials and finished goods on trucks and railcars.
• Document completed work as required by the supervisor.
