Job summary

RPC Staffing is seeking a Food Production worker in Carrollton, Texas, for temporary-to-permanent roles. Workdays are Monday through Friday with mandatory Saturday OT; first shift 5:00 am–1:30 pm, second shift 1:00 pm–9:30 pm, hourly pay $21.00 or $23.10 depending on shift.

Candidates should have prior food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and capable of operating a stand-up forklift and lifting up to 75 lbs in a labor-intensive

• Previous food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required.
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and company procedures.
• Operate production and filling equipment.
• Weigh, package, and label finished products.
• Complete quality and food safety checks.
• Collect product samples for testing.
• Move materials and finished products using a stand-up forklift.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Assist with general production, packaging, and warehouse duties.

Temp to Perm.

The pay rate is 21.00, 23.10 an hour

Monday thru Friday but weekend availability is a must

Must be able to work on Saturday for OT - Mandatory
