Golden State Foods is hiring a Cup Machine Operator for 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) in Burleson, TX. You will operate multiple packaging systems, load materials, adjust settings for accurate weights, and perform changeovers with the team to minimize downtime.

You will also document logs, troubleshoot minor issues, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months experience in manufacturing or equivalent training.

Responsabilidades

• Operate 6+ packaging systems (W25-1/2, Cryovac, L24, BIB, 12-up, 6-up fillers).
• Load film carts and rolls correctly; monitor and adjust for continuous operation.
• Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, labels, date coding).
• Adjust machine settings to maintain target product weights.
• Execute standard changeovers with team members to limit downtime.
• Perform minor mechanical troubleshooting independently.
• Document production data (inspection logs, downtime records, metal detection results).
• Clean, rinse, sanitize equipment using COP and CIP methods.
• Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout; identify emergency stops and pinch points.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
