Vistar in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a part-time Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment to move goods, stock shelves, and prepare orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Day 1 benefits are included, with competitive pay of $21.00–$22.25 per hour plus incentive pay. The role requires standing, lifting up to 90 pounds, and working in multi-temperature environments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 3 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• 3 months of stand-up forklift experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly up to 90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsabilités

• Locates proper slot on storage racks and positions pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Counts incoming freight in staging and transports to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock per next day’s work orders.
• Rotates stock to front and removes outdated items per policy.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots for storage.
• Performs general housekeeping and completes vehicle inspection checks.
