• 5+ years of experience operating a Ward Flexo with 4 colors.
• Adherence to safety, quality and procedural requirements.
• Strong reading comprehension for safety and job procedures.
• Solid mathematical skills for percentages, volume, and measurements.
• Mechanical understanding to identify issues and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment by following Pratt Industries safety rules.
• Maximize machine utilization and improve setup times.
• Assist in training new team members and cross-train on machines.
• Submit maintenance requests and perform proactive housekeeping.
