Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and follow production workflows.
• Basic math for measuring quantities.
• Ability to read SDS and work instructions.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust fill line equipment for accurate output.
• Set up filling machinery for different products and containers.
• Verify product specs, batch numbers, and labeling.
• Perform routine quality checks on fill weights and seal integrity.
• Safely handle chemicals and hazardous liquids per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on filling lines.
• Clean and sanitize tanks, lines and work areas per procedures.
• Document production data and quality results accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and maintenance to meet goals.
