Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Cell Operator for a Glendale, MO facility. This 2nd shift role involves operating production equipment, performing routine maintenance, and conducting quality inspections to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions both independently and on a team. Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend to specialized production equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carefully package finished goods to protect them during shipping and handling.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
