Job summary

Grillo is seeking a Facility Technician to support safe, reliable operation of our plant and utility systems. The role emphasizes wastewater PMs, inspections, and routine upkeep to keep the facility compliant and production-ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or facility utilities preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, and PM practices.
• Ability to read work orders and maintenance records.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems (plumbing, lighting, doors, walls, floors).
• Support utility systems (air, water, drains, pumps) and monitor equipment.
• Maintain wastewater PM tasks, inspections, and records.
• Assist with equipment startups, shutdowns, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and document PMs in CMMS.
• Follow GMP and plant safety requirements.
