Job Posting:

Ferguson is the largest wholesale distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies, pipe, valves, and fittings in the U.S. The company also distributes HVAC equipment, fire protection systems, waterworks, and industrial products and services. Ferguson and its subsidiaries serve customers across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill immediate openings for Warehouse Equipment Operators.

Locations: Perris Distribution Center

Position: Experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators (on a Cherry Picker, pulling orders) for 1st Shift (Monday-Friday: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, with overtime).

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate stand-up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
2. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
3. Utilize RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
4. Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials accurately and promptly.
5. Maintain a clean workspace and participate in keeping the facility safe and accident-free.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management required.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with quick learner skills.
• Ability to lift 20-70 lbs constantly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
