Ferguson is the largest wholesale distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies, pipe, valves, fittings, HVAC equipment, fire protection systems, waterworks, and industrial products in the U.S. We serve customers across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

We are hiring at our Perris Distribution Center for Experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators (operating cherry pickers, pulling orders) to join our team for 1st Shift (Monday-Friday: 5:30am-2:00pm, plus overtime).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker) for pulling and preparing outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Utilize RF devices to scan, sort, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, participating in safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to quickly learn systems and operate equipment.
• Capability to lift 20-70 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
