Zusammenfassung

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a full-time Electronics Hardware Technician in Syracuse, NY to support 1st shift manufacturing. You will assemble, disassemble, and rework electronic warfare and radar sub-assemblies, interpreting wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Requirements include a HS diploma or related experience (or an Associate’s degree), proficiency with hand/power tools and torque tools, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. IPC J-STD-001 certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years related experience, or an Associate’s degree with 0+ years.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and calibrated torque tools.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to assembly procedures to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Assemble, disassemble, and rework complex electronic/mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools and maintain torque tools.
• Perform limited soldering and wire harness assembly.
• Document discrepancies and rework actions throughout production.
• Participate in inventory and pack-out for shipment.
• Masking and demasking for conformal coating process.
