Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a temporary Associate Electronics Hardware Technician to support manufacturing operations on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) at our Syracuse, NY location. The selected candidate will assemble, disassemble, and rework production electronic warfare and radar systems and sub-assemblies.

You’ll follow established procedures, use hand and power tools, document discrepancies, assist with packing and conformal coating prep, and read mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years related experience
• Ability to follow documented assembly instructions and manufacturing processes
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and calibrated torque tools; basic MS Office skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established assembly procedures and production processes
• Assemble, disassemble, and rework electronic and mechanical assemblies
• Utilize hand and power tools and calibrated torque tools
• Identify and document discrepancies and rework actions
• Participate in inventory and pack-out operations
• Complete masking/demasking on circuit card assemblies for conformal coating
